TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Promotional/ Discounted rates cannot be in conjunction to any other discounts.
If availing any discount such as PWD or Senior Citizen, the guest is required to declare this DURING RESERVATION. Discounts will no longer apply if presented after guest check-in.
Standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm and standard check-out time is by 12:00 NN.
Kindly present one (1) valid Identification Card upon check-in, “NO ID, NO CHECK-IN POLICY”.
The hotel would be requiring 50% down payment to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings for non-payment of guarantee deposit.
Full payment for room accommodation is required upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be supported by a Cancellation Letter to avoid penalty.
The hotel must be notified of any changes and cancellations at least Seven (7) working days, before the arrival date to avoid charges. The hotel will not issue a refund in case of cancellation.
For cancellations received beyond the 7 days grace period, the first night of the reservation shall be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to impose a 100% of accommodation for last minute cancellations or cancellations made on the same day.
Early departure and No Show will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
